We accept most dental insurance plans.  For your convenience, our office staff will file the forms for you. Please be familiar with your dental plan. All co-payments should be received on the day of treatment.

Payment

Full payment is expected upon completion of treatment.  Financing is available with credit approval through CareCredit.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express are accepted. Remaining balance after insurance coverage is responsibility of the patient.
